Oxentia partnered with innovative startups from the Tokyo metropolitan area to deliver a dynamic six-month accelerator programme designed to help ambitious founders take their businesses global. The programme was crafted to be hands-on and supportive, featuring a blend of intensive workshops and personalised one-to-one mentoring sessions. Our goal was simple: to help each participant shape and accelerate their international growth plans in a way that felt practical and achievable. 

A standout feature of the programme was our focus on product-market fit. We worked closely with each startup to help them understand and validate the demand for their products in the UK market before taking the leap into international expansion. This approach ensured that every founder was equipped with the insights and confidence needed to make informed decisions about their next steps. 

From a competitive pool, thirteen startups were selected to join the programme. After months of hard work and collaboration, ten were chosen for the final stage: a week-long visit to the UK. During this immersive experience, participants attended meetings, explored new opportunities, and capped off their journey with a public demo day. The event drew over fifty guests, including potential partners, investors, and customers, giving the startups a valuable platform to showcase their innovations and build lasting connections.
