Sebastián has over a decade of experience supporting entrepreneurship, advising, and mentoring more than 150 businesses.
He joined Oxentia in January 2024, and has delivered innovation programs globally, including the Santander X Awards and Challenges, PRIME, the TRUK Accelerator, and the Royal Academy of Engineering’s Leaders in Innovation Fellowship Global Programme.
He has delivered the “Starting a Successful Business” course at the University of Oxford, as well as in-person workshops in Poland, Türkiye, India, the Philippines, Spain, the UK, South Africa and Egypt.
Previously, as the head of the entrepreneurship department at a prominent NGO in Chile, he successfully implemented more than 100 programs, reaching over 30,000 busine
sses through interventions such as mentoring, training, and financing. Furthermore, Sebastián has offered methodological guidance on entrepreneurship support to private companies, non-profits, and government agencies. He has also shared his expertise as a university lecturer in capacity building and entrepreneurship topics.
Having worked in Chile, Colombia, Panama, Spain, and the UK, Sebastián has a broad international perspective.
