Dr. Silvana Jimenez

Silvana joined Oxentia in November 2022 and currently works as a Consultant, supporting the design and delivery of global entrepreneurship and innovation programmes. She collaborates with international partners across academia, industry, and government to turn research and innovative ideas into real-world impact.

She has contributed to projects such as Aspect (A SHAPE Platform for Entrepreneurship, Commercialisation and Transformation), Santander X Global Challenges, the Royal Academy of Engineering LIF Global Programme, and the Innovation and Cleantech Programme (PITL), Peru.

Silvana specialises in entrepreneurship, research commercialisation, and startup support. She designs and delivers innovation programmes and training for researchers, entrepreneurs, and universities, helping them strengthen their innovation capacity, refine their commercialisation skills, and communicate their projects more effectively.

She also brings experience in knowledge exchange and international collaboration, having managed partnerships between universities, government institutions, and the private sector, and has supported biotech spin-outs in developing business development and growth strategies.
