Kincaid joined Oxentia after completing a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Bristol. He has experience in strategic innovation and technology commercialisation projects, including ecosystem mapping, competitor benchmarking, and marketing strategy development. With a background in complex data analysis, he enjoys translating large datasets into actionable recommendations for clients.
Prior to Oxentia, Kincaid spent 13 months at MSD UK in pharmaceutical marketing and business strategy, reporting directly to the UK Director of Strategy. More recently, he held a part‑time Field Marketing role with Proteintech, designing and running local marketing campaigns. Kincaid is also the co-founder and host of a Bristol‑based science communication podcast, managing the entire production pipeline, from episode research to marketing content delivery.
